Right, my little bro has involentarily convinced me to do this. So here are the rules of this topic. There aren't many but... NO voting on ranks, You can give CC but make sure that it doesn't include the persons rank. That's about it, for now...

srs the mans right even though those are the basic rules. i am guessing he will add more on as he finds new rules for it.
